Delivery & Returns

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours from receipt of payment, and will email you advising of dispatch.

Please allow an extra 2-3 days before dispatch for any orders that include personalised items.

For deliveries within the United Kingdom on orders of £40 and over, we offer free shipping. This standard service is Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Post. With this service, Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel in 2 – 4 working days, with proof of delivery, including a signature from the receiver. No Saturday delivery.

Our express service is Signed For 1st Class Post. 
Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day with proof of delivery, including a signature from the receiver. No Saturday delivery.

Please note, in the current climate and at peak holiday periods, parcels may take extra time to reach their destination.

We also offer international shipping options which can be found at checkout.

Parcels going to the EU and USA are currently affected by delays. Royal Mail is advising that items are leaving the UK on time, but they are experiencing significant delays to a number of EU countries as a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures. Please take this into account when ordering.

For purchases of a single bodysuit, teether, washcloth, hat, bib or card, the postage is £0.99 for Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail Delivery.

Christmas Delivery Dates

The 18th of December is the last day our (free over £40) Standard Shipping option will deliver gift bundles in time for Christmas Day. Order before 1pm.

Last day for our Express option is the 20th of December for a pre-Christmas Day delivery. Order before 1pm.

Royal Mail can take longer to deliver at this time of year, which is beyond our control. Please don’t delay if you’d like one of our gorgeous baby gift bundles for a Christmas arrival.

Returns

At Little Bundle Box we strive to make sure you’re 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first before leaving feedback, as we will do our upmost best to resolve any dissatisfaction. Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and with all labelling attached (unopened, undamaged, unused and in re-sellable condition) for a refund or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure we receive the returned items and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage or use a signed for service. We cannot be held responsible for any goods returned that are lost or damaged by return post, which will affect your refund. Please include your full name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange with the returned products and send to: Little Bundle Box, Fieldview, Kilmaurs Road, Crosshouse, East Ayrshire, KA2 0HL.

We aim to handle your returns within five working days of us receiving the goods. NB. We reserve the right to deduct the recommended retail price off any goods returned where tags have been removed, become damaged due to recipient mishandling or become unsealed after delivery. Or for any goods which are bespoke or personalised in any way or which may deteriorate (such as chocolates).

Damages or Wrong Items

In the unlikely event that you received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] or telephone 01563 370 470.

Once you have contacted us to advise the goods have arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, (photographic evidence may be requested), we will pay registered postage for the return of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging (where possible) with your full name, address, order number to: Little Bundle Box, Fieldview, Kilmaurs Road, Crosshouse, East Ayrshire, KA2 0HL.

You will have the option of a replacement or a refund by the original method of payment. NB. If returning a full bundle, we reserve the right to deduct the recommended retail price off any goods returned (where not received by the recipient in a damaged, faulty or incorrect state) where tags have been removed, become damaged due to recipient mishandling or become unsealed after delivery. Or for any goods which are bespoke or personalised in any way or which may deteriorate (such as chocolates).

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01563 370 470. Please include your full name, order number and reason why. If we receive your cancellation prior to dispatch your payment will be refunded in full using the original method of payment. If we receive your cancellation after dispatch you can operate your right to return the goods (in re-sellable condition) no longer than 14 days after receipt. Any damages/wrong items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and we may request photographic evidence. Please refer to the sections above.
